If a school is listed as having Regional Accreditation, but has "Unspecified Regional Accreditation". What does that mean? Is that good or bad? Does it mean that there might be different branches of a school in different parts of the united states?

Accredited colleges have undergraduate programs that have been approved to meet certain requirements or standards that have been set by a regional accreditation board. For example the UC campus system is accredited by ABET. Getting a degree from an accredited college basically gives your degree worth. It ensures that the academic program you went through is held at a higher value than say a degree from a 'drive-thru college.' Unspecified regional accreditation means that either the source will not disclose the name of the accreditation board for one reason or another.
